Rook Blanco is Jen Tennyson's former partner. The two worked closely together through Jen's teenage years when she was heavily involved with the galactic peace keeping organization the plumbers. He is a Magister in the plumbers organization, along with being one of the most valued agents working on earth. He is a highly skilled combatant, utilizing a specialized piece of technology called the Proto-Tool, the most versatile technology in the galaxy, which when wielded by an agile and well trained individual can transform the Proto-Tool into anything they desire. Rook lives in an apartment that he and Jen are supposed to share, however Jen often disappears on long adventures, leaving Rook alone on earth. Rook spends most of his free time watching alien TV, and enjoying earth snacks. His favorite is popcorn which he often coats with the delicious Amber Ogia his homeworld is famous for.
