Bio:
Gastrophites are a species of walking chemical laboratories, at one point this was merely reserved to the creation of a few simple pheromones, however during a decades long war several gastrophite scientists took to weaponizing their innate abilities. Through a combination of genetic modification and cybernetic enhancements the modern gastrophite was created. A gastrophite holds an inherent encyclopedic knowledge of chemical reactions and is able to create nearly any chemical within their complex intestinal systems. After this war concluded, the species found that the changes to their DNA made it impossible to live without the use of cybernetic enhancements thus every gastrophite must be enhanced at a young age in order to survive.
Alimenton is now a mostly peaceful world, with cities and towns connected by a series of highways similar to that of earth. However most members of the gastrophite species do not follow any strict governmental processes, instead focusing on smaller communities which govern themselves. They tend to avoid conflict, however this has created a bit of a power vacuum. Several small organized crime rings have popped up in communities, however with their focus on protection some of these groups are welcome.
